Cancellations & Refunds Policy
This page explains the rules for canceling subscriptions and receiving refunds for all InstaView plans (Daily, Monthly, Yearly).
1. Daily Plan Refunds
- Price: ₹9 per day
- User can post up to 2 ads daily.
- Refunds are allowed only if service is not delivered or technical issues prevent service.
- Refund window: same day before service activation or within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Monthly Plan Refunds
- Price: ₹999 per month
- User can post up to 150 ads per month.
- Refunds are allowed for service not delivered or technical issues.
- Refund window: 30 days from purchase.
- Partial refund may apply if some services were already used.
- refund deduction: 2-8% based on processing fees.
3. Yearly Plan Refunds
- Price: ₹9,999 per year
- User can post up to 2000 ads per year.
- Refunds allowed only within 6 months of plan activation. After 6 months, non-refundable.
- Partial refund deduction: calculated based on number of days plan was active and usage.
- Extra features of yearly plan remain valid if refund approved for unused period.
4. General Refund Rules
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Refunds may be denied if user error or violation of terms occurred.
- Cancellation requests before service start are eligible for full or partial refund based on plan type.
- Company reserves right to deduct processing charges depending on plan.
5. Service Modification & Discontinuation
- Company can modify or discontinue features anytime.
- Refunds are provided if active plan is affected by company discontinuation.
- Users are notified via instaview bell icon notification alerts in case of major changes.

- All refund and cancellation approvals are handled by InstaView / MYDGP.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- This policy is governed by laws of India.
- All disputes are subject to courts in Delhi, India.
