Terms & Conditions

Welcome to InstaView. Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform, including Daily, Monthly, and Yearly plans, account rules, payments, cancellations, refunds, and legal clauses.

1. Account Registration & Rules

  • Users must sign up using valid credentials and OTP verification.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated by InstaView for policy violations.
  • All age groups are allowed; users under 18 must have parental consent.
  • Users must maintain accurate information at all times.

2. Plans & Features

  • Daily Plan: 2 ads per day, real-time store ON/OFF control, instant offer updates, ₹9 per day.
  • Monthly Plan: 10 ads per day, images/videos/text ads, call/direction button, 150 ads total, unlimited store control.
  • Yearly Plan: Unlimited ads, full features including priority support, analytics, extra tools, 2000 ads/year estimated.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments can be made via payment gateways (INR currency).
  • Daily Plan: Refund only if service not delivered.
  • Monthly Plan: Refund window 7 days from purchase.
  • Yearly Plan: Refund window 30 days from purchase; 6-month money-back policy prorated by active usage.
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Cancellation before service start allowed; fees deducted 2–8% depending on plan and usage.

4. Legal Clauses

  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction: India, Delhi.
  • Limitation of Liability: InstaView not responsible for indirect damages.
  • Third-Party Responsibility: Payment gateways and Ads platform policies apply.
  • Service Modification / Discontinuation: InstaView may change or stop services; refund issued if active plan is affected.
  • Company can update terms; users will be notified via email or platform alerts.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

  • Data collected: Name, Email, Phone, Location.
  • Third-party tools: Payment gateway, Ads platforms (Facebook, Google).
  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
  • Users can access, modify, or delete their data on request.
